Location
The 800 year old Kroppach is known to many for being located in a region with beautiful nature. The Kroppacher Schweiz (Switzerland of Kroppach) is known to many hikers. There is a scenic hiking trail close by, in the Nister valley. Kroppach itself has about 700 inhabitants and has the nicest baker shop of the Westerwald.
Description of the house
We have a cozy Gasthof “Haus Hirsch” and a spatious six-person vacation house. The house is a wing on the first floor of the Gasthof and has its own entrance. This gives you all the privacy you want, but still makes the Gasthof accessible. If you want, you can sit in the Biergarten (the terrace) or eat a meal in the restaurant downstairs. Haus Hirsch has a rich history, of which bits and pieces can be seen in and aroudn the house.
